After a long and active presence on Instagram, my Blog Designdschungel was founded in March 2014. Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in writing, photography, fashion and design. Therefore, after graduating from school, I was quick to decide on the studies of architecture, which I completed successfully in October 2014 with a Master of Arts.
For me, architecture and design are not only measured by numbers, calculations and facts, but they are the love for details, shapes, materials and well thought out ideas.
This love can also be transferred to fashion. Within fashion it is most important out of which materials products are made and how they are cut, but also how they play with the various
shapes of the body and what kind of effect they are supposed to create. After all, it is quite fascinating how fast paced the fashion world is, how the wheel, of which everyone wants to be part of, always turns faster and faster. What is hot today can be outdated tomorrow.
Fascinated by the fast and impulsive metropolitan lifestyle, with no time to catch a breath. A true jungle for fashion addicts. Another day another show or event. In contrast to that stands the architecture. Every building holds its place for centuries, where every stone has to be thought through carefully before it is set.
Designdschungel combines my passion and love for fashion, architecture, writing and travel. In travel, all these things can be combined and my readers can see things from all over the world. I can take them with me via Social Media and show all the beautiful pictures afterwards on my blog.
Driven by the fascination of these opposites that are, nevertheless, so similar, the Blog Designdschungel was brought to life. Always looking for the latest trends, the hottest designs, the good things in life. Always looking for new places, cultures, food and great things to share.
All photos are taken by myself unless otherwise stated.
